FOSHAN, China — PeakVision today announced the completion of a major production line expansion at its Foshan manufacturing facility, increasing annual output capacity by 50%. The expansion comes in response to rapidly growing international demand for the company's industrial evaporative coolers, HVLS ceiling fans, and mobile cooling units.
New Production Line Increases Output to 50,000 Units Annually
The newly completed second production line features automated assembly stations, improved quality control testing, and expanded warehouse space for finished goods. Total annual production capacity now reaches 50,000 units across the company's full product range.
"Global demand for energy-efficient industrial cooling has been accelerating — especially from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and African markets," said Mr. Shura, CEO of PeakVision. "This expansion allows us to reduce lead times, improve quality consistency, and support our growing network of international distributors."

The expanded facility will primarily serve the company's growing international distributor network, which now spans over 30 countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Shorter lead times and larger stock availability mean distributors can respond faster to local customer demand.
"Our partners have been asking for shorter delivery times and more reliable stock availability," Mr. Shurua added. "This expansion directly addresses those needs. We're also investing in more English-language technical documentation and marketing materials to support our global partners."
New Job Creation
The expansion has created approximately 40 new positions across production, quality control, and international sales departments. The company plans to continue hiring as overseas demand continues to grow.
